Nawaz Sharif Panama Case Trial: Pakistan PM Must Appear Before New Investigators Team JIT
Pakistan Supreme Court has ruled that there is insufficient evidence against PM Nawaz Sharif to disqualify him and He will, with his family must appear before new investigation JIT team.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan is an apex court and highest in the judicial hierarchy of Pakistan, it is the commander of all courts in the country involving issues of federal laws and it is final interpreter of constitutional law.
Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif is an Pakistani Politician who is current and 20th Prime Minister of Pakistan, he is the son of the founder of Ittefaq foundry and Nawaz is the president of Pakistan Muslim League which is a strong party in the country, he is the brother of three times elected Chief Minister of Punjab Shehbaz Sharif who is current chief minister.
From the start of the year 2017, there was running a case against Nawaz Sharif and his family which was putted by in Supreme Court by Imran khan who is big opposition leader in Pakistan, after his day and night struggle, the court was agreed to take the case.
Panama is an international issue which is related with the offshore companies and illegally wealth and due to this panama leaks many of the high profile people of many countries were taken to be in court.
In the court the panama case was running about since 7 months, yesterday the result was announced by the bench of judges which is principled by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa.
According to 3 judges from five that Prime minister will not disqualify from the seat and according to two judges the Nawaz Sharif is the culprit and he must be disqualified.
Nawaz Sharif survived corruption ruling and now by the order of the government, the Whole Sharif family will appear before the commission which will decide about their case.
