Libya: At Least 141, Including Civilians Killed In South Libya Airbase Attack
About 141 have been killed including civilians during an attack on Brak al-Shati airbase in Libya which is used by the Marshal Khalifa Haftar of Libyan Army.
Libya is a country which is situated in North African Region Maghreb, the largest city and capital is Tripoli, official language of the country is Arabic and the religion of the nation is Islamic, it is developing country which was came into place in 1947.
According to spokesperson of the government that at least 141 people including army men and civilians have been killed during an attack on the southern air base on Friday 19 May, a huge number of civilians were included in the dead people.
When the militant attacked on the air base, the army men were coming from the military parade and they were all out of weapons, this all incident looks like a planned mission because they attacked on that time when soldiers were out of weapons.
UN-backed Government of National Accord GNA attacked on the southern base which took many lives of soldiers as well as the civilians and it is looking like Islamist is also involved in this horrible incident, said by the spokesperson Mesmari.
GNA Prime Minister Fayez Seraj has said that they condemned the attack on the airbase in serious manners and government of GNA did not order for the attack on the base to the ministry of defense.
They have suspended the defense minister from the post, government has made a committee for the investigation and the defense minister will be away from the power until the reports of investigation is not to come.
Al-Mesmari who is the spokesperson of the army has said that due to attack on Libyan’s army base, 103 soldiers have dead and other dead people are civilians and this is the death of humanity.
